Batch Claiming
Applicable to versions 1.12 and above
You can periodically generate a Service Claims batch by going to the service claims “Awaiting Claims” list view. Select records to add to a Claims batch and then click the button “Add to Claims Batch”
Select new or existing batch
Click the link to the Claims Batch report. Download this report and upload to NDIA portal.
3. Once complete update status of the Claims Batch to completed. All Service Claims in the batch will be updated to successful. N.B You can manually update any that fail.
If you review the originating contracts related to these service claims the Contract Support Line items “Total Claims Received” number will be updated.
