Syncing Salesforce Accounts

ProntoXero is a Salesforce application that has been created to sync data from Salesforce to Xero. The data that is synced to Xero include:

 

Sync a Salesforce Account to Xero Contact

There are 2 methods of syncing an account to Xero, individual button, or batch sync.

  • Create an Account and enter the name of the Account, select a Primary Contact Person. To mark the account for batch syncing, tick the checkbox called 'Batch Sync to Xero'.

If you wish to sync the Account straight away to Xero, you can press the Button called 'Sync Now to Xero'.

 

  • The screenshot below displays the view of the data from Salesforce that was synchronised to Xero.

 

  • To add a new Xero Contact Person, in the ProntoXero app, go to the 'Xero Contact' Tab at the top of the page and click 'Create New Xero Contact'. Click Save.
