Coupons are discount codes which can be redeemed on the online store. They have a 2 way sync of information from WooCommerce to Salesforce, i.e updating information in Salesforce will also update information in WooCommerce, and vice versa.

Coupons in WooCommerce are synced to Discount Codes in Salesforce. The sync from WooCommerce to Salesforce happens every 10 minutes. The sync from Salesforce to WooCommerce happens when the 'Sync to Online Store' button is pressed.

To Create a Coupon in WooCommerce;

  1. Navigate to Coupons

  2. Set the Discount Code

  3. Set the Coupon Properties

  4. Publish the Coupon
