WooCommerce Order Sync

Available in ProntoeCatalogue version 1.59 and above

Orders from WooCommerce are synced to Salesforce as Opportunities. The Order Status is copied to the field "Online Store Order Status", whilst the Opportunity stage is defaulted to Closed Won.

NB. the field "Online Store Payment Status" is not used in a WooCommerce integration.

The sync from WooCommerce to Salesforce happens every 10 minutes. 

 

To manually create Orders in WordpressAdmin side;

  1. Navigate to the Orders Page. (Orders Tab under WooCommerce Tab)

  2. Set an Order Status

  3. Select a Customer

  4. Add Items to the Order

  5. Create the order by updating the Order Action at the top right hand of the page.
