Account Page Layout

The tabs and the fields on them can be customized to meet your School’s Individual requirements. As such, they may differ slightly or significantly from the layouts described in this section. This section will describe the standard out-of-the-box layouts. For details on any additional fields or components please see your local System Administrator.

Account Details

This tab displays the student's general information, including their contact details, student ID, and current grade level.

Other Details

This tab displays additional student information, including Academic Term Enrollment details and Current Student Records.

Relationships

This tab displays the student’s carer details and student comms.

Timetable & Cohorts

This tab contains the timetable components which allow you to see the timetable of the student as of any date in the school year with facilities to print or email the timetable. The student’s cohorts are also listed.

Calendar

This tab contains the Event schedules of the student. This tab usually displays the weekly schedule of events and displays the timely schedule of each day.

Attendance

This tab displays the Day Attendance details of the student.

Medical

This tab shows the medical details of the student such as Medical Conditions, Disabilities, Immunisations and Medical Permissions.

Wellbeing

This tab provides information about the student’s general welfare, including their concerns and any support plans in place.

Recognition

Within this tab, you can find a detailed overview of the student's skillset and notable accomplishments they have achieved.

Billing

This tab contains the Billing Details of the student.
