Wellbeing - PosiEd

Within this tab, you can access a comprehensive overview of the student's wellbeing. It encompasses their level of involvement in various activities, any concerns they may have, and the plan in place to address those concerns. By examining this information, you can gain a better understanding of the student's overall health and make informed decisions to support their wellbeing.

The Wellbeing Involvement section displays the observations of the student's involvement. If you are interested in accessing the comprehensive details of the observation click on the Wellbeing Involvement ID and you will be taken to the Wellbeing Involvement record.

Details Section

Contact

Links to the student, staff member or other account with an involvement with the observation.

Role

This field indicates the role of the student or staff member in the observation. The role could be perpetrator, victim, or witness, depending on their involvement in the observation.

Confidentiality

This field indicates if the observation is confidential or not. This field restricts who can access each record when used in combination with a security configuration. It can be expanded to accommodate a variety of additional values in order to satisfy particular needs.

Status

The status of an Observation whether it is Draft, Current or Expired.

Type

This field indicates the type of Observation.

Description Section

Observation Title

This indicates the title of the observation record.

Category

This indicates the type of category of the observation record. It could be Academic Integrity, Act of Bullying, Banned Items & Substances, Behaviour, Dress Code, Events Related to Technology, Language, Non-Class Behaviour and Tardiness.

Session

If this observation was created from within a Session then this provides a lookup to that Session so you know the context of the observation. 

Description

The overall details of the Observation.

Occurred on

The date when the Observation was made or created.

Confidentiality Status

This field indicates if the observation is confidential or not. This field restricts who can access each record when used in combination with a security configuration. It can be expanded to accommodate a variety of additional values in order to satisfy particular needs.

Level

This indicates the level of the observation record of the incidents.

Type

Type of observation selected from a picklist of options.

Wellbeing Observation

Lookup to the observation. One or more wellbeing involvements are created for each wellbeing observation, one for each Contact. Further management is done at this Involvement level. Generally the observation is not changed once created. 

 

Wellbeing Updates Section

Show Flag

A checkbox to indicate that a particular attribute is important enough to set a notification flag. Typically this is done via an automation that sets the student flag icon on the profile component of the account. Such flags generally prompt users to review the list of attributes.

Display Start Date

The date at which an attribute was created or is applicable. 

Display End Date

The date at which an attribute was ended.
