Receipting (Config Guide) - ProntoPlus

 

Email Deliverability

1. Check Email Deliverability

a. Go to Setup > Email > Deliverability

b. Set Access level to “All email“

Classic Email Templates

  1. Create Salesforce Classic Email Template.

a.      This is optional. ProntoPlus has a default template.

b. Go to Setup > Email > Classic Email Templates. Choose the ProntoPlus folder. If need a customised one, please ask assistance from your Salesforce Administrator.

Enable Receipting

  1. To enable the “Receipting” feature:

  2. Go to ProntoPlus Setting > Enable Features > Enable Receipting toggle to enable.

Receipt Templates

  1. To create a new Receipt Templates, go to App Launcher > Receipt Templates (PPlus). Click the “New” button.

a. Receipt Templates

Object name: Receipt Templates (PPlus) CSV File: click here

Notes: Add Record Type ID

Receipt Naming

  1. ProntoPlus has a default receipt naming variables. If need a customised one, please ask assistance from your Salesforce Administrator.

  2. Go to ProntoPlus Settings > Receipting > Receipt Naming

Receipt Table Variables

  1. ProntoPlus has a default receipt table variables. If need a customised one, please ask assistance from your Salesforce Administrator.

  2. Go to ProntoPlus Settings > Receipting > Receipt Table Variables

.       Object name: Receipt Variables (PPlus)

.       CSV File: click here

 

Receipt Table Definitions

  1. ProntoPlus has a default receipt table naming definitions. If need a customised one, please ask assistance from your Salesforce Administrator.

  2. Go to ProntoPlus Settings > Receipting > Receipt Table Definitions

Receipt Settings

  1. ProntoPlus default receipt settings.

  1. If the client org is already using the ProntoPlus 1.28 (which is the older version) in their receipting, you need to stop and reschedule the receipt.

  2. Go to ProntoPlus Settings > Schedule Processes.

  3. Under the scheduler stop the "Send Receipts" option by clicking the "Stop Schedule Batch" button and reschedule it by clicking the "Schedule Batch" button.

 

Allow Activities

  1. Enable Allow Activities in Receipt (PPlus) object.

  2. Go to Setup > Object Manager > Receipt (PPlus) > Details > Edit.

Sender's Org-Wide Email Address

Org-Wide Email Address - the field is used to specify the sender of the receipts sent. For example, by default, any emails sent from Salesforce are from 'no- reply@salesforce.com. You could change this to an email from within your organization if you desire.

NOTE: Refer to Receipting Automatic and Schedule Receipting -ProntoPlus for config guides and Receipt Settings Page 2 for user guides.

  • Setting up Organization-Wide Email Addresses

o   From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Organization-Wide Addresses, and then select Organization-Wide Addresses.

o   Click Add

o   Enter your organization-wide email address’s information. 

o   Select the Purpose

If ‘User Selection’ is selected, you can;

·  Select the profiles that can send email using this address.

· Or, select ‘Allow All Profiles to Use this From Address’ to let all users, including guest and unavailable profiles, use the selected organization-wide email address. 

If ‘Default No-Reply Adress’

·  It will automatically set to ‘Allow All Profiles to Use this From Address’ to let all users, including guest and unavailable profiles, use the selected organization-wide email address. 

If ‘User Selection and Default No-Reply Adress’

· It will automatically set to ‘Allow All Profiles to Use this From Address’ to let all users, including guest and unavailable profiles, use the selected organization-wide email address.

o   Click Save. 

  • Setting up Organization-Wide Email Addresses in ProntoPlus Settings Receipting and Consolidated Statement

1. From App Launcher, in the Search apps and items enter ProntoPlus Settings, and then select

ProntoPlus Settings.

2. Click Receipting, then navigate to Settings.

In the Receipt Settings, scroll down to Sender's Org-Wide Email Address and enter and tag the name of your Organization-Wide Email Address

3. Click Save.

  • Do the same with the Consolidated Statement if needed.
