The Reprocess Your Donation Payment page provides a contact a simple means to reprocess a payment when the first attempt failed. The page is simple, displaying only a banner image (if you choose), blurbs, and a credit card payment form.

Create a Process for Your Donation Campaign

  1. Create a New Campaign

  2. Select Reprocess Your Donation Record Type

  3. Complete the New Reprocess Your Donation Campaign Form

You can find the Base URL for this campaign type in the Web Toolkit Settings:

Technical Background

The Reprocess Your Donation page depends on the correct combination of four parameters:

  1. Payment Source ID

  2. Opportunity ID

  3. Campaign ID

  4. UUID
