Update Credit Card - WIT

The Update Credit Card donation page provides the ability for a donor to update their credit card details for a recurring donation because their credit card is expiring or has already expired. The web page uses a PURL, like other donation pages, to make the experience for the contact quick, easy, and personal.

The page is a simplified version of a standard donation page, displaying only a banner image (if you choose) and a credit card details form.

STEPS

Create New Campaign

Select Update Credit Card Record Type

Click Next

Open

Complete The New Credit Card Campaign Form

Open

Save

Complete Details Tab. You will find the Base URL for this campaign type in the Web Toolkit Settings:

In the Web tab you most of the same options you have in all of the other WIT donation pages, including payment setup.

Technical Note: Your Donation page depends on the correct combination of four parameters:

1. Payment Source ID

2. Recurring Donation ID

3. Campaign ID

4. UUID
