Calendaring

The PosiEd Calendaring Architecture is one of the true highlights of the game-changing PosiEd Architecture. Our objective from the get-go was to provide a single set of data structures that would unify all aspects of a school's calendaring and attendance management requirements. This means no more separate system for attendance School Calendaring, Asset Scheduling, Co curricular boarding, Emergency Rolls, etc.  Calendaring can be extended to carer, teacher, and student portals where for example, a carer can see the calendars of all of their individual children and even overlap their calendars.

Separate School Calendars can be implemented for things such as Co curricular Activities, Swimming Carnivals, and other school events. These can be overlaid on most other calendar components.

The multi-calendar facility allows the staff members to see combined calendars. For a variety of different, students, staff, resources, and locations. This allows a staff member to more easily identify opportunities to, for example, create a special appointment for multiple individuals in a single step.

Many of the calendars allow staff members to create appointments and meetings directly on the calendar.
